Welcome to Hodson Honey
At Hodson Honey, we proudly manage approximately 140 hives scattered across a picturesque corridor of farms and estates from Wroughton to Marlborough. This diverse landscape allows our bees to forage a variety of flora throughout the year, resulting in honey with unique, seasonal flavours and colours. To enhance this diversity, we strategically position 40 of our hives to pollinate specific crops such as oilseed rape, field beans, lime, Phacelia, Borage, heather, and sunflower at different times of the year. This not only boosts crop yields but also enriches the complexity of our honey.
Our commitment to quality is evident in our traditional honey extraction process. We eschew the use of heat to preserve the honey's natural enzymes, vitamins, and minerals. Instead, we lightly strain the honey to remove impurities while maintaining its rich, authentic taste and nutritional benefits. Each jar of Hodson Honey is a testament to our dedication to purity and quality, offering a true taste of nature's bounty.
We invite you to explore the pure, seasonal goodness of Hodson Honey. Whether you enjoy it drizzled over your morning toast, stirred into tea, or straight from the spoon, our honey brings a touch of natural sweetness to your table. Experience the difference that careful stewardship and respect for traditional methods make. Indulge in the rich, varied flavours of our artisanal honey, crafted with care and passion in the heart of our cherished countryside.
